EXPERIENCE
At ProjectManager, I led the successful complete redesign of ProjectManager, PM Mobile, and the website, resulting in impressive outcomes: 2x retention for weekly visitors, doubled feature usage, nearly 5x increase in conversion clicks for upgrades in the first 3 months of rollout, and a remarkable 2.8x boost in self-serve conversion rates. I am responsible for the entire design process, from user research and prototyping to user testing and feedback, and ensure that the design aligns with the business goals and user expectations.
Previously at 1Q, I steered the enhancement of user experience across every channel. Reporting directly to the CEO, I wore many hats as I bridged business objectives with product-centric features, and collaborated closely with the development team. Under my leadership, the website underwent a redesign that led to a striking 32% uptick in conversions within just three months.
Previously at Oncology Analytics, as the first internal design hire, my role was to establish purpose and vision while elevating design standards across the entire organization. I ensured that our purpose and vision were not only clear but also relatable to everyone, a paramount issue with 5 remote contract dev teams. I managed a team of 5 remote designers, initially starting as separate individuals and eventually transforming them into a unified, collaborative team.
Previously at Gozio Health, as the first design hire (employee #13); I led the creative and user experience for mobile platforms, kiosks, and web-based services, overseeing the entire design process, from research and discovery to creation, development, implementation, and analytics. Shipped over 24 apps to the iOS and Android app store. Led and developed a groundbreaking appointment based app for a premier client. Results were astounding: a 150% surge in Piedmont's online bookings within a month, with 70% from new patients. Hired and mentored 2 designers.
