Revolutionizing Mobile Healthcare: Partnering with Piedmont Atlanta for a Game-Changing Experience
We set out to redefine patient healthcare with Piedmont Atlanta. Our goal: give patients what they want by transforming the traditional healthcare journey.
Our journey started with research and interviews revealing that Piedmont's mobile app users craved real-time, nearby care access. We developed a mobile app allowing users to find immediate care, select services, and book appointments, revolutionizing the conventional process of finding care.
Results were astounding: a 150% surge in Piedmont's online bookings within a month, with 70% from new patients. Our collaboration not only met user needs but also brought in a wave of newcomers, marking a new era in healthcare access.

Flipping the Patient Funnel
After our research we embarked on a mission to design and develop an innovative mobile app that would empower users to discover immediate care, select the most suitable service, and secure appointments—all from the palm of their hand. This was a departure from the conventional approach of painstakingly searching for a specific doctor or facility, initiating contact for an appointment, all the while being uncertain about its timing and compatibility with their schedule.
Discovery and Ideation
Until now, all our hospital apps shared a common platform, allowing clients to personalize cards within set boundaries. However, as our research unfolded, it became evident that the existing cards wouldn't cut it. What we needed was a fresh approach to cater to our users' demands, and this marked the birth of 'Find Care Now.
Final Design
Moving away from the standard platform was essential to optimize the user experience. Once we recognized the advantages from a business perspective, the right solution emerged. User tests revealed a clear preference for the map visuals indicating nearby care availability. Additionally, the 'Find Care Now' section, spotlighting all the current care options at the top of the dashboard, was highly appreciated.
